Sierragos began with a shared passion for travel and a deep love for coffee. Jorge and Elizabeth Valverde-Bartlett found a common bond in the rich traditions of Ecuadorian Espresso beans. They partnered with local master barista and chef, Juan Pablo Valverde, a culinary expert who refined his craft in Buenos Aires.

This collaboration merges Valverde-Bartlett’s cultural vision with Juan Pablo’s expertise to create premium Arabica coffee beans from southern Ecuador. The Andes’ unique climate and volcanic soils enhance their exceptional flavor profile. High-altitude cultivation produces dense, flavorful beans with fruity and chocolatey notes, along with a nutty finish. Roasted in small batches to Italian-style perfection, our coffee offers balanced acidity and a full body.
