This invigorating and flowing session perfectly synchronizes breath and movement, building strength and flexibility while offering that much-needed end-of-week release. Elizabeth will lead you through a series of poses designed to shed stress and calm your mind. All levels are warmly invited to unwind and recharge with this special Friday flow!
